GoodSense is a talented collective that I came across they give me that raw, real , lyrical style that I fell in love with as a young kid. “Hope” is a record that gives you tales from a young black male, feeling like there isn’t anything left but HOPE. GoodSense really did something with this record from the message being conveyed, to the life lessons, to the production makes for a amazing piece of art. For me listening to GoodSense I can see the collective being around for a long time like how Bone Thugs N Harmony have been around a long time. This record right here I found to be so inspirational, if you listen Goodsense is giving insight of what life is like as a young black male, coming out the streets and what comes with it. It’s motivation to do something different, do something better than the stereotypes our culture and people have on us. For me it’s about showing the kids it’s better ways to have the things u want in life, be successful without taking a route that only has two ends. Jail or The Cemetery and GoodSense its letting you know if this is what you choose to do this is as “Good As It Gets”
