BCP is a collective that consist of four talented individuals. Con$piracy, Bizzle, Yozke, and Hound giving you gritty raps over some boom bap instrumentals that will give any listener that feeling as if they are on the stoop in the Tri-state area. The Creators Room introduces “Lamb Ova Rice” a 13 track project that was released in October 2024 by BCP under the independent label “Astra Music Group”.

As I take a dive into the project, i’m emerged into a world of hungry artist trying to make a statement with New York style raps and and sampled beats, the beat switch ups bring a esthetic that not many can duplicate. Overall each artist brought their A game to the project as a whole. The project holds a fair amount of features that compliment each record, the different styles and flows from each participant bring a unique vibe to the entire project from beginning to end.

Taking a look at each artist in the collective, BCP has a special chemistry working together but also stand out as individuals in their artistry as well with BCP Hound dropping a project on Feb 1st titled “I’m Not Having Fun” produced by Action Figure. Con$piracy also has a project dropping soon titled “GzToven”. Jumping back into “Lamb Ova Rice” there are a handful of records that really push the needle as far as art, flow, and delivery “Snowing in South Africa” brings the heat. “Bacc 2 Jerz” is one that stood out, I always like the switch up in beats in the middle of the record and this one delievers that.

“Ginger Shots” is a well known sample to me, it was surprising to hear it when the track started but It instantly became one of my favorite records off the project. Ginger Shots also has a music video to go along with the single that brings the lyrical journey of “Lamb Ova Rice” to a visual interpretation of who BCP is. “Fish & Chips” is another record that just exudes how BCP is creating their own wave in music. 🐑🍚 2?
