This Ain't 4 Everbody. By Ray Riley

Ray Riley isn’t new to The Creators Room, he has been covered here multiple times. Here he is again with a new project titled “This Ain’t 4 Everybody” which released in October. Ray Riley has been very consistent all 2024 with the music, its not just the fact that he is consistent but it’s actually “Quality” music that’s being released on a consistent basis.

“This Ain’t 4 Everybody” starts off with a track titled “Session 1” where Riley raps like he is talking to a therapist in a therapy session. I love the esthetic of this record because the concept of Therapy isn't really talked about on our communities enough, alot of people think it’s a bad thing but dealing with the issues we deal with on a daily basis it’s needed.

Moving deeper into the album Ray Riley raps about demanding his respect for what he does in the culture in his own lane. On “Gimme Dat” ft. Tiny Doo! I can concurr from the time ive been listening to his music and watching his journey, Ray Riley is one of them ones.

My favorite record off the album is called “Mando” the instrumental gives you that authentic west coast feel along with a masterful delivery from Ray Riley on the lyrics, accompanied with a music video shot in San Diego this record set the tone for the Album. Time and time again Riley embodies what true talent and artistry is, even through He received a opinion from a legend that wasn’t to good Riley didn’t let that effect him creatively in a negative way it only turned him up a notch.

I felt a special connection to this project, mostly because of the message it gives “This Ain’t 4 Everybody” no matter what you are doing some will love it some will not, regardless you can’t let those who don’t detour you from the goal. Recently Ray Riley released a new project “I Only Want To Be There” with Kenneth Goodrich
