Brando Blu hails from the East Side of Atlanta GA, Lithonia, Stone Mountain area home to many talented creatives including myself. He brings much talent to music from his rhyme capabilities to his ability to create great songs in general. The first record I heard from him is called “Cabbage” Ft CR Jay. The music video has a cinematic feel and corresponds with the music from start to finish, all together this one is a hit waiting to be exposed to the world. Back in 2023 Brando Blu dropped a two pack for the people called “Wait 4 / You” which shows a little bit of diversity from the young up and coming creative. The first part is basically telling a love interest that he is the type ahe should wait for, than moving into the second act where he is telling her he can’t put her over the vision and he is over her.
In 2021 Brando dropped a 6 track EP titled “Lil Sumn’ Fr” which really showed how nice Brando Blu is with the pen and creativity starting off strong with the first record called “Game fa’ sale” where he says “I know I got a big heart, I keep it on the low tho, cuz I done been backstabed, ran over, stomped on” the relevance within that line is felt throughout the entire record. The whole EP is a good work of art that im sure many will agree on once they have a listen. Another record from that project that stands out to me is called “Smoke Sesh” where Brando Blu shows just how different and authentic he is when it comes to creating art, the hook alone is catchy but the context of what he speaks about is relatable for many. Let’s see what the future holds for this up and coming artist from the Eastside, I can promise he will convert you into a fan once you take a listen.
