Tre Butler is a artist from St. Petersburg FL who prides himself on delivering lyrics that are heart felt and down to earth really coming from the soul. Drawing inspiration from Nas and Jay Z, Tre Butler is bringing the essence of hip-hop with him during his journey throughout the music industry. The first record I heard from Tre Butler was “96 Benz” a single off the project “What About Before” which dropped back in 2018. “Forever seem way to long, i wanna live right now” is what Tre Butler raps, It really stood out to me because you can tell he really put his all into this, not just this record but into the entire project as well. I’m sure anyone who loved music can appreciate a artist who doesn’t just give the world anything for the sake of having new music out, but actually give a piece of them in their music in a sense.

“Reign Still Shine” is another record off of this project that I think stands out, where Tre Butler raps about coming to far to fail. Through all the ups and downs throughout the journey knowing someone is up there watching.
