Today we bring to you a business man, a rapper, and a entrepreneur A-Game native from St. Louis. In 2020 A-Game released a 10 track project titled “Heating Up” very fitting for the quality of the project. Since his start in music in 2010 A-Game has made a name for himself working with big names around the industry like J Cole, Hitman Holla who is also a St. Louis native, and Young Thug just to name a few. As a stated A-Game is not only a artist but a successful business man and entrepreneur, releasing his own high quality merchandise line he is letting it be known he is a jack of all trades.
Jumping back to the project “Heating Up” the 10 track project consist of topics of a hustler who took risk to get where he wanted to be in life. The record that got me to tap in with A-Games music is called “Lil Houdini” ft. Deverio. This record gives me some throwback Atlanta vibes kinda like a Bankroll type vibe RIP. Next up the record titled “Verified” produced by B.Young is a solid one. I always liked the production B. Young gives and linking with A-Game really was a match made in heaven.
Since the pandemic we haven’t gotten a project out of A-Game, but he has been writing for various artist and perfecting his art by dabbling in different genres, so when he is ready to release again i’m ready to sit back and give it a listen. I will say that seeing he has already worked with Hitman Holla, I would like to see a joint project from the two that would shake things up musically. After listening to the project from start to finish I have to give it a solid 7.5 for overall creativity. “Heating Up” showcased how talented A-Game is at the time but also leaves room for growth which is what i’m looking for moving forward in his artistry. We definitely Heating Up 🔥
